ABOUT THE COLLARS (webbing) and TRIMS:

The webbing used for the Silk Road Collars are available in a variety of colors, including:  black,  brown, blue, green, purple, forest green, navy, pacific blue, red, teal, and burgundy.

All Adjustable collars are lined with a light faux fur lining for comfort, unless otherwise noted.
Customers may request a grosgrain ribbon lining.
All Non-Adjustable Collars have a thicker faux fur lining.

NOTE:  Please provide Silk Road Collars with specific measurements of the dog when placing an order, which is requested on the Order Form, as follows:
Largest part of the dogs head, smallest part of
the neck (ie., behind and around ears) and mid-neck.
This will ensure a proper fit.

Shipping and Handling

Orders up to ONE pound add $5.00 S&H
Orders over ONE pound will be calculated by actual weight and destination.

CARE FOR YOUR COLLARS

Occasionally you will notice threads within the decorative trim popping up, or breaking. This is generally caused by scratching. To help make the collar look nice again, *use a lighter and quickly run the flame over the broken threads... DO NOT HOLD THE FLAME IN ONE PLACE. This will singe the threads back and often make them less noticeable. It is best to do this every couple of weeks.

Collars may be machine washed in cold water, mild detergent, gentle cycle. Please place the collar in a garment bag or pillow case when washing, and remove all tags. Hang to dry, DO NOT place in a dryer.

RETURN POLICY

If there is a problem with your purchase once you receive it, you may return it for a Store Credit or Exchange, providing that the original hang tag is still attached and a receipt is included. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the invoice date.

CUSTOM and SPECIALTY ORDERS are NOT RETURNABLE.

We do not guarantee against chewing, scratching, excessive tugging/pulling, etc.  If your dog is "harder" on collars than most, please E-mail Sue for suggestions.
