DONATIONS

I have always been happy to donate to animal rescue and adoption groups. On average, I donate approximately 30% of my proceeds to rescue and adoption groups yearly.  I also offer a generous wholesale discount to rescue and adoption groups. The wholesale discount has put thousands of dollars into rescue/adoption group accounts, enabling them to better care for the animals they take in. 

I am also happy to do 'in kind' donations. I volunteer for a Greyhound Adoption group in WA State. Our fundraising efforts help the greyhounds at Almost Home for Hounds in Colorado. If your group would like to swap donations I would be happy to do so! Just send your request, and donation to the address below.

Because of the large number of donation requests I receive (almost daily), I simply cannot honor them all.  Due to the increased volume of requests I must ask that all requesting groups follow the guidelines set forth below.  If your group does not meet the criteria set forth below, you may contact me about purchasing Silk Road products at a discount for resale. Groups that are current wholesale customers take precedence.

How to Request A Donation:

Your group or club MUST be a non-profit rescue or adoption group.  Proceeds raised from donations made must be used to further rescue or rehabilitation efforts. 

Your request must be submitted on your group's letterhead and must contain the following:

1. Your group's US 501-c-3 Federal tax exempt number, or EIN number if your non profit status is only within your own State;
2. Date and location of the event;
3. Proposed use of the item (raffle, silent auction, resale, etc.);
4. What the proceeds will be used for;
5. Web site URL (if your group has one); and
6. Name, address, e-mail, position & daytime phone number of group representative requesting.
